The automation of manufacturing small and micro-products requires new handling technologies for pick and place. This includes flexible parts, micro-diameter wires and removal of protection films from LCD displays. With this knowledge we are able to develop the optimal solution for our customers.

Aside from handling systems our equipment includes automation technologies for turntables, conveyor systems, robotics, palletisers, inspection and control. Our strengths also include the integration of processes to include ultrasonic or resistance welding, selective soldering, caulking, die cutting, working with foils, coiling and splicing.

Safety processes and equipment requires data; thus our solutions include test and measurement engineering with components and equipment from leading companies. Vision systems, resistance measuring, solder joint inspection; measurement of dimensions, weights and volume are some of the capabilities we are used to employing in our equipment. We also offer quality control tracking through communication and archiving of process data.

Diagnostics and maintenance through remote access is standard in our equipment.

Trends in the automotive and electronics industries are moving towards smaller parts with micro-structures and the handling of MEMS. We are prepared to handle this market wherever the dimensions go; we welcome the challenge.
